Local participation key to better conservation: Study

This intriguing fact, and the reasons for it, are investigated in a recent ethnographic study conducted through several interviews by the Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) and the Norwegian Institute of Nature Research, published in the People and Nature journal of the British Ecological Society.
