No proof that Sohrabuddin encounter fake, says CBI court; acquits 21 cops

A total of 22 people, mostly junior officers of the Gujarat police, were on trial for killing Shaikh, a gangster with alleged terror links, and his wife Kausar Bi in an alleged fake encounter in November 2005. His aide Tulsiram Prajapati was killed in another ‘fake’ encounter in December 2006.
